@codl nor have I

I was under the impression that's what it was for, but :blobshrug:

to be honest the only reason I have a pgp key is the vague feeling that I should probably have one, never actually used it for anything

@codl ah, so they're focusing on ways to make a perfectly serviceable keyserver worse

that explains why they all seem to be building stuff on blockchain

@kirby I recall something about chat, yeah

I'm not sure why as encrypted chat apps are everywhere and it doesn't really need building in to a keyserver

Was there something like auto-updates of keys? That sounds like something, although that could also be accomplished with a Very Small Shell Script

So I'm seeing people start building replacements for keybase now that it's been bought by zoom

Is that not just a keyserver? Or have I been unaware of some features that keybase had?

@Fliss_the_Squid ah, that's pirate metal, I was thinking more What Shall We Do With the Drunken Sailor by way of Pendulum

new musical genre that's a combination of nautical shanties and hardcore

I call it sea bass

@timleach @jk but... all those wizards are using quills

that's like, the one place where a penknife is completely required

@noelle this sounds like it should be one of those test pangram things but doesn't include all the letters

Coronavirus / COVID-19

@cassolotl@queer.party yeah, none of that has any relation to "stay alert"

"basic infection control and distancing, motherfuckers" would be a far better slogan

:thaenkin: would appealing a case to the supreme court of the usa be considered a Constitution saving throw?

celebrity transphobes, schadenfreude

@noelle surprised it took her this long to be honest

@shaen@hackers.town @TheGibson @arcans yeah, they're either all-in on the scam or genuine crackpots

If you don't pay your exorcist there is a danger that your home may be repossessed
