I think somebody who's a far better writer than I should put together a collection of fediverse lore

Like the hiveway saga, and william shatner not being able to find you here

Preferably in an old norse poetry style

Oh hey! Is this Hiveway 2.0?

tri.cash/

That'll work much better than last time I'm sure

food, health hazard just looking at the bloody thing

Me mentioning fish and chip shops just then got me thinking about the finest piece of cuisine Scotland has ever produced

The Munchy Box

:thaenkin: business idea: fish and chips shop

Sells battered fish and integrated circuits

actually in the UK they call them crisptunes

"Hedgehogs will forage for food and only eat the stuff you put down if there isn't anything else" ~ some hedgehog "expert"

Nope, I just watched one run over the top of a slug (part of their usual diet) to get at the biscuits I put there for them

sti related

Rare STI which causes genitals to erupt into flesh eating ulcers diagnosed in Southport

lep.co.uk/news/health/rare-sti

Of course it's bloody Southport

Furthermore, 15-, 30-, and 45-minute time zones are silly and should not be used

Thus continued the octopus

On the internet all times shall be given in UTC to avoid everyone having to ask "what timezone"?

Thus spake the octopus

After some experimentation, here's what flavours of cat food hedgehogs like and don't like to nom on (sample size 4(?)):

Like:
Chicken
Lamb

Don't like:
Beef

They'll eat some of the beef, but certainly not with as much gusto as the chicken and lamb

Yeah, I know viking helmets with horns are "historically inaccurate" and there's "absolutely no evidence of them in the era" but you can't tell me that no scandinavian got drunk one night and decided to stick some horns on a hat

That's bound to have happened

computerfairi.es doesn't have a CEO

the server runs on @maple hardware and she admins it

(any time the server goes down it's just because maple's wandered out of wifi range)

Well that esquire article about masto isn't as bad as it could have been

Still very obviously written by someone who doesn't quite get everything about this place, but not too bad
