A working model of the #Sega game Periscope has been found in the United States. Past Times Arcade in Ohio has managed to preserve an incredibly important piece of arcade history.

concept: a "magic academy" type of story that pointedly focuses on students in their late 20s and older. a remedial magic school perhaps. turns out it's really not a great idea to teach magic to kids, no matter how safe an environment it is, there have been too many fatalities as a result of overstepping the bounds of reality without fully understanding reality in the first place. put em through regular school first, THEN we can talk about the magic one
