@Chel Maybe it's different in more challenging scenarios, but in practice it's actually pretty slow and non-chaotic. Things move slowly, scenarios take a few hours to complete, and often you're just sorta waiting to have money to spend on something you want.
There's a lot here, but for the most part I can just build something and forget about it. At least if I don't need to reclaim the space it takes up for something else. :p
family, lonely (-)
@Chel For the ones on my mom's side, before they stopped happening, there was usually Smash or other games every year and you could play video games with other people if nothing else.
I honestly would have enjoyed even just board games or something, but it really was just talking and nothing else. I think most of the time I'm able to have legit conversations with people it's tech related but that wouldn't work here. :p
@marlyn yes it was entirely that :p
family, lonely (-)
Now that I got to go to a family gathering thing again I'm reminded of the problem that's been in the way for a long time, where there's just no one my age.
I can't relate to pre-adolescent children or people 20+ years older than me, who only talk about things I know nothing about, and because there were no activities except talking I was just on my phone most of the time...
@marlyn @shaderphantom does that make pulseaudio fairer and more balanced
Oops, appears I completely missed the word Tycoon in there. But yeah RCT Classic is a pretty good mobile game in the sea of microtransactions and pay-to-win.
@danishcookies He's not satisfied after killing Google+ I see
@frengers ∫∫∫∫∫ integrals for good luck with calc II
@behold3r Are there versions of it without multiplayer? In the console versions it's limited to 2 people but it's there, at least.
I haven't tried its two-player mode yet, but the Famicom version's one-player mode seems like it adds in themes more interesting than "medieval" if nothing else, and the hazards you protect against seem more fun.
@maple I've read to the end and I'd say it's probably not worth it (at least for this purpose) if you've read enough to be familiar enough with the setting and most of the characters
@Freya Yeah I was going to say, it didn't seem to be working
Smash
@maple So much to do, so much to see
I'm a pretty squirrel princess who dabbles in roleplay, game development, retro game consoles, pixel art, and a variety of computery things.
