it's like the 2nd most frequent thing bosses get mad at me for, despite that I rarely take more than a few minutes to do so and it's for my health???

I think one of the main reasons that my back hasn't been giving me any major problems (yet) is because I stretch a lot
the downside is that I get a lot of snarky/neg comments from others because of it 😕
