mood: wanting to do things but also really not wanting to do anything

You are allowed to do stuff just because you want to.

Even if it uses up all your spoons/matches.

Even if it leaves your exhausted and broken the next day.

Even if you need to let other stuff slide a bit while you recover.

You are allowed to have fun, to go out, to take a day once in a while and do what you want with it.

Being #disabled, or #chronicallyill, or a #parent, etc doesn't mean you can't take time for you.

(I needed to hear this today, so I figured other folks might too.)

online deadname stuff

I'm glad I don't have any links to my previous online deadnames.

I abandoned every account that I had, so no-one knows where <deadname> went, they just slid off the internet one day

and then a few years later I made new accounts

Have you ever wanted a small program or utility for your computer?

I'm taking requests!

Just DM me what you want, and I'll let you know if I can make it ♥

Poverty

I often tell friends who are struggling to put food on their plate they should apply for SNAP or go to the food bank

They often reply that they don't want to take it from the people who really need it

Friends, if your bank account is zilch and you're begging online for donations to buy food, you're the people who really need it. It's for you. I only ever got myself out of poverty by taking advantage of every social service available.

Try the food bank.

*realises I could package my morrowind mod set up as a modpack*
