the problem is that I've tried everything
not being able to focus or pay attention is a problem I've had for years and years and everything that everyone suggests I've already tried and nothing works

I want to use specific times for working (like "I'll work from 9am to 11am"), but I know this breaks down if I lose focus partway through, and then I just start beating myself up over how terrible I am and then I give up

I've already got a space to use ONLY for work, and it's got that association
so I just need to figure out how to get myself into that space...
I need help with this, i guess
but I don't know how to fix it or how anyone would be able to help

this is why I want a job.... put me in a place where I have to work and I will, but if I've got an unlimited timespan to do work in I won't do it
and it's got nothing to do with deadlines (they make it harder to work). it's entirely
