it took me 10 years of swearing at myself to do the little doodles i post on mastodon today

becoming paranoid about blood clots

it didn't stop

i think it stopped now

@noelle i can't really tell if it's just muscle twitch or could be something to do with blood flow and i'm back on progesterone and and

i don't know why this is happening and i still can't get it to stop

and now some muscle in my leg won't stop twitching

as someone who sleeps with a 2-foot teddy bear, i highly recommend it
