@squirrel that's a very fair point, I'd be using it for "hey, is that a signally thing coming out of there? OOOH WAVY LINES! IT'S A SIGNAL!" because quite frankly I don't understand electronics any deeper than that

And oh, a grand for a good one... yeah, I'll add that to the list of reasons I don't have one

@squirrel ah, shame

probably be better than nothing though and sod paying hundreds of pounds for a fancy one I'm going to use for 20 minutes once in a blue moon

@squirrel I'd say give it a try anyway, if it works with the new caps then you've saved a lot of effort, if it doesn't then you're out a few caps at most

@squirrel I'd give it a shot if you've got the capacitors easily available

@catgirl @noelle yeah, unfortunately I, like most cephalopods, have resting bitch face

@catgirl not in the slightest and I'm sorry if I've ever given that impression

@Miffy@awoo.space @cassolotl@dev.glitch.social Personally I just think NT people are weird as hell

People can be all kinds of bizarre from an NT's point of view and I don't think of them as any weirder than the NTs are

@squirrel *imitates beepy noises*

It's always fun learning new languages

@squirrel *squishes self into a pillowy shape so you're all comfy*

@squirrel *makes a slightly smaller portion of squobit nachos*

here you go bun!

@squirrel *wanders to the kitchen to prepare a nice bowl of squobit nachos*

...damn, out of 555s, would some chopped 556s be okay?

:thaenkin: would the squobit version of nachos be a load 555s covered in cheese and jalapenos?

@squirrel
