There's a kitten running to and fro through the house

We don't own a kitten

The only drink-related joke that bartenders haven't heard one million times in the past hour

"I'll have a martinus please"
"You mean a martini?"
"No, I only want one of them"

@twitter@mastodon.technology no, don't

if you put a Goa'uld into a sarcophagus they only get healed and more evil

alc

@lunasspecto good bloke that Johnny Appleseed, making sure all could have cider and get drunk

alc

@lunasspecto I'm from the west country, cider is generally the drink of choice

The scrumpy can get dangerous though, north of 7% and goes down smooth

And of course in imperial pints, not the US pint

alc

@somarasu okay, yeah, but you have to specify that as "hard cider", over here non-alcoholic cider is a contradiction in terms

alc

I've just learned that what americans refer to as "cider" is in fact, literally apple juice

What the hell USA?

This does explain how surprised americans are when they try a pint of scrumpy though

@gcupc@glitch.social I use Hacker's Keyboard

It's pretty neat, includes all those things like Ctrl and F keys that you really miss on most phone keyboards

squirrel-chan announcement

@squirrel_chan I like all the stuff you usually stream, the themed episodes like "all mac games" are a really nice look at games on systems people might not have had access to

The glittermitten grove episodes were also really fun, playing a game through to completion

The itch hunt ones can have high and low points because, well, itch, but there's always a couple of games that make it really fun

In terms of schedule something reasonable for EU would be great

@maple I always enjoy the fuck-up hour, I just know that you seem a bit burned out on it
