@InspectorCaracal @wigglytuffitout idiocracy reference

in the film people were watering crops with brawndo (a sports energy drink) instead of water because it "has what plants crave", it didn't work well

@Waces to be honest I trust the chinese spyware a bit more at the moment

at least you know they're competent

it's not like all your data is going to get accidentally tweeted by the chinese head of state

@suetanvil@mastodon.technology I was tempted to save the wu-tang LAN for a separate network with parental controls

'cause Wu-Tang is for the children

my sister: hey, what's the wifi password?
me: it's <hunter2>, the network name is...
my sister: I saw the name "5gDeathRay" and assumed it was yours
me: ...yes

:thaenkin: wondering how long it'll take @mavica to branch over from photo development to photolithography for fabbing ICs

facemasks

I'm almost getting concerned, all these people yelling about how "I can't breathe wearing a facemask!" and I'm just walking about with one utterly fine (apart from the fact that my glasses keep slipping down my face now, I should work out something to fix that)

is my mask defective or something because I can breathe without problem? I'm beginning to question it as previously I hadn't considered the fact that people could actually be so goddamned whiny about wearing basic ppe

@mavica oh god yeah, that was not good at all

and they played it for laughs as well, just no, not okay
