"misandry", joke

@noelle counterpoint: cats are adorable

@BertL well, the .5 is a cat that's not ours, but comes in for food and scritches often enough that he kinda counts as ours

It's basically a timeshare on a cat with people we don't know

Well, turns out word of us being a soft touch with cats has reached several streets away

A new different cat was in the kitchen just now, luckily he had a tag on him so we knew who to ring to collect him

Lovely little thing, but we've already got 7.5 cats thankyouverymuch

Down and down and down it goes, where it stops, nobody knows

This bitcoin crash is entertaining to watch

@Elizafox I'd take it as "I'm so great, you should be thankful that I'm giving you this opportunity to send me gifts"

@noelle I'll admit that I'd take the low road with that and have every kettle in the street e-mail me any time they're used so I can walk over and say "Oh, the kettle's just gone on? I'll have a tea"

Whoever invented the electric blanket deserves a medal

@CobaltVelvet It took me longer than I care to admit for me to realise you were talking about the stuff what comes out of maple trees and not @squirrel

@kibi "I got out of bed this morning and YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED NEXT!"

Oooh, this is a very nice looking watch

timex.com/browse/collections/m

Re-issue of the Timex Marlin, hand-wound mechanical, 34mm size

Only thing that puts me off is that it uses a Seagull ST6 movement which I know little to nothing about and information about it is pretty scarce

Oh, also the fact that I don't need a new watch right now and I'm actually saving up for a different one

@noelle Hey, I'm... closer to 30 than I am to 25 and I've done bugger all

I'd do a me one year ago vs. me now post but I don't have any pictures of me a year ago and can't really be bothered taking one of me now
