@squirrel blub
@sydneyfalk @squirrel ... oh god damnit, I meant that I was extremely rusty at javascript, I forgot rust was a thing
@squirrel I really need to scrape the rust off my javascript knowledge
pst you can come into the furry corner discord now and make me eval javascript >w>;;
that's someone who can play it well, more commonly they sound like what I imagine will be playing after I die and descend into hell
The Otamatone remains the silliest musical instrument I've ever come across

Lost In Space E7
@noelle I mean, if it's after 15 minutes or so of CPR you could
It's going to do fuck all to help them but how many opportunities do you get to dramatically yell "CLEAR" and put a few thousand volts through a body?
uspol, Infowars
@noelle not just lost, it looks like trump broke the bastard
syria
Putting aside the question of if bombing Syria is a good idea or not because god knows I'm not paying enough attention to make a judgement on that, could Theresa May have at least waited a couple of hours to send our shit in so it wasn't as patently obvious that Trump said "Jump" and she asked "How high?"
@noelle by far my favourite admin story
An oldie but a goodie: The Case of the 500-Mile Email:
"We're having a problem sending email out of the department."
"What's the problem?" I asked.
"We can't send mail more than 500 miles," the chairman explained.
I choked on my latte. "Come again?"
"We can't send mail farther than 500 miles from here," he repeated. "A little bit more, actually. Call it 520 miles. But no farther."
@rixx oh yeah, the F-91W perfectly ticks the "80's future" boxes for me, love the things
Can very much understand why you don't though
@bea I haven't tried it with the MQ24 but certainly with the F91-W you can replace the strap with just about any strap that's 18mm wide
You do end up with the strap costing more than the watch though
@rixx Honestly not entirely sure how it actually works
The MQ24- bit refers to the case and movement in it, then the numbers and letters after are different colourways and dials
Another one you might look at is the F91-W, that's a digital watch that has time, calendar, stopwatch, and alarm
@bea they're not actually that bad
I mean, they feel cheap 'cause they really, really are but they're perfectly serviceable
@squirrel the very cutest bunnygirl!
Hedgehog wrangler, cat feeder, octopus whomst love smol critters
