Huh, so now there's a booette and a chompette to join bowsette

Place your bets on what the next one will be, I'm thinking it might be bullet billette

politics, uspol, geopol

@arielmt It gets better, almost everyone in the room was a career diplomat

Career diplomats who are pretty much hard wired to maintain protocol at all times

Those people laughed directly in his face

English is mutable, everyone knows what you're getting at when you write "alot" so feel free to write it as "alot" rather than "a lot"

Thus spake the octopus

hedgie architecture

My sister wants a hedgehog cafe and a hedgehog house for her garden

Hedgehog cafe plans are fairly nailed down and I'm halfway through making one of those, now I'm working out what I'm doing for houses (the ones we've got were made a while ago and I think I can improve on the design)

So far the main points are taller and with a nice long entryway

Also going to need something for more ventilation since it's effectively a closed box

@maple vim'll do that if you've got two windows open in the same instance, just do ":set scb" in all the windows you want to scroll at the same time

also there's a plugin for atom atom.io/packages/scroll-sync

@maple there's a company called swissmicros that make replicas of them, they do credit card sized ones as well!

swissmicros.com/index.php

Sadly not open source though

@maple hm... I can't say I'm really missing much with us not having full text search

I'd say only do it if you fancy messing around with elasticsearch, otherwise don't bother

🎶 the dove shack is a little old place where... COOO COOOO COOOOO COOOOO

brexit

The Leave camp have now complained that the EU is "using time against us"

theneweuropean.co.uk/top-stori

Yes, because the tricksy europeans have very cunningly assured that despite all odds time continues to tick along at one second per second

Bodyguard Ep 6 spoilers

Well, the ending was a little disappointing

Felt a bit rushed and Nadia just went all out moustache twirling villain

@natalie@masto.ninja *points at @maple *
