@tom I've found that s3cmd doesn't work great with large number of files (it takes for-fucking-ever to index anything over 100k files for us)

when we did a migrate we ended up telling it to do a few folders at a time to keep it under 100k

due to budget cuts the install wizard has been replaced with the install magician at an open mic night
