@cooler_ranch The standard for switches are Cherry MX, for the tactile quality you're probably looking for browns (non-clicky) or blues (clicky)

Another option would be ALPS switches, I don't know too much about those personally

You probably don't need n-key rollover unless you're using emacs

Filco, Ducky, and Mattias are brands that I know are solid

Or you can make one yourself if you want to go really custom, there are lots of guides for that
