Holy crap, Breitling have released a version of the Navitimer in an actually reasonable size! 41mm

Hell must have frozen over

Cryptocurrency, child porn

@Jo I usually try to think the best of people, I thought hey, maybe they'll realise that this is a massive problem and work to fix it somehow

Then they come out with shit like that

Cryptocurrency, child porn

@Jo they're currently yelling about how "this just shows how stupid it is to ban pictures"

@Vann@glitch.social @noelle I had a look on the bitcoin subreddit (because I'm a glutton for punishment) and the only thread about this has been downvoted to hell and widely claimed to be "fake news"

@noelle Shit, additionally, since the blockchain is distributed through p2p, it's not just possession, it's distribution

@noelle wondered how long it'd take for that to happen

Also, doesn't matter if you own bitcoin, it's just if you happen to have a copy of the ledger

@Gargron "Mastodon: Russian propagandists can't find you here!

Nor can Lance Ulanoff"

@Gargron "Mastodon: It doesn't sell your data to Cambridge Analytica!"

@noelle makes a change from candidates for elections taking money from Russia

@squirrel although the "cute" bit is redundant, there's no such thing as a non-cute maple

@a_breakin_glass aaa, I'm already the "laptop fixer" for up there!

Also the mobile phone tech

Seems I can put "fixing electronic adjustable beds" on my list of skills

Charity shop my dad works for got a non-functional adjustable bed donated, asked me to take a look at it, turns out it needed some new relays

As a standard bed it would have gone for £20-30, just putting £4 of new relays in there means they can get £150

Not a bad 10 minutes work
