mental health thing
I discovred that venting actually made my mental health worse - it allowed my brain to spiral more and more.
The way to stop the spiral, usually, is to redirect the energy I would spend making a post about feeling useless, and instead sending a nice message to someone, or ask someone about themselves.
Just having someone else talk about something they like can help
