the worst thing is I know this is happenning, and I still have no idea how to stop myself from just sitting here, feeling miserable

I want to do things, but I'm not doing them. Why? because I'm supposed to be studying and I would feel guilty if I did them instead

so instead... I do nothing.

This is a problem that plagues me every single semester, and has caused me to fail 6 subjects.

I'm so mad and upset
I lodged a claim for benefits back on January 29 and they sat on it, "processing" it
and just today they told me it was rejected, and did not tell me why at all
