@BenPaddon I can't remember the name but I'm sure I've seen one where you edit the code of in-game objects.
@BenPaddon I think it has, but it'd still be an interesting project. Not that I'd have any time for such a thing.
@SpriteGuard I don't think so.
@SpriteGuard I think it's because hashtag searches only pull from your federated feed, which is the local feed plus posts/boosts from anyone followed by anyone on your instance.
politics, ranting
@minego Not boosting only because (thankfully) no one I'm following is doing this.
@BenPaddon So, uh..... that phrase is really weird to us now that we know we're a system. Who owns their head to charge rent for it? How would they ever evict their headmates? Are they really expected to each have their own separate incomes and checking accounts?
I do not envy any system that works that way.
@Sophie Fair, sorry. I think partial control is something different anyway.
Blocking memories sounds like a useful ability to have, but what's lacking is cooperation, consent, and trust.
@Sophie Sounds like your system has a gatekeeper. Not that ours has ever done that to us. That we know of.
@arborelia I believe it's for keyboard navigation.
@minego Greetings, fellow object. I have none.
@minego That was supposed to say "movielens". It's a movie recommendation engine.
@minego I don't think I've seen Field of Dreams and don't really remember Batman, but movie thinks I'll prefer Batman by 0.4 stars.
@Scmbradley @emilygorcenski Requiring all admins to accept some kind of centralized moderation would be against the spirit of it (and I'd guess not technically possible), but I think we will have to allow for sharing that effort in some way if we want this to scale.
@minego Yes.
@pikhq As a system with the ability to switch between headmates that are affected by autism in differing amounts, we think this would be very useful. /genuine
contrarian birdsite/fediverse, drug use related
@recursive I get hung up on just understanding what those are talking about. I'd rather discuss actual feelings and behaviors.
@minego Microsoft Wireless All-In-One Media Keyboard. Touchpad is easier on my thumb than a trackball, and stays in one place so I'm not always searching for it, or having to pick it up and re-place it.
